Job Description:
The Architect/ Architectural Designer is an essential part of our design team. This talented individual is passionate about design and has experience with high-end residential projects and detailing. In this role you will influence and further develop the firm’s design philosophy while taking the lead on the design of remodels, additions, new homes, and commercial tenant finishes. About 85% of the work is residential and 15% is commercial. This person should enjoy seeing their designs take shape from inception to fully constructed projects.
Position Requirements:
Candidates must demonstrate a strong knowledge of the construction process from the initial phase of conceptual design to the final phase of construction administration. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential as well as strong organizational and management skills. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and possess 3D modeling, drafting, and rendering skills. Candidates must also have an active Architecture License. Knowledge of the Boulder permitting process would be a plus.
