The Remodel is Complete!
Help Us Welcome Front Range Anglers
to Pearl Street!

Join Melton Construction for a Friends & Family Event Tuesday, December 7th between 4:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. to celebrate Front Range Anglers’ move to their newly remodeled location at 2344 Pearl Street, Boulder!

Front Range Anglers opened in 1982. Up until now, the store has been located in the Table Mesa Shopping Center in South Boulder. “There is always risk in moving a business when you’ve been at the same location for so long,” says the store’s owner Bill Leuchten, “but given the geographic dynamics of Boulder, I knew that I wanted to move more toward the 'thick' of things.”

Good on purchases during this event only. December 7th from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

This established Boulder business will be moving into the former location of A+ Transmission on Pearl Street in Boulder. “That shop had been on the market for 51 months” said Leuchten. “Others had put offers in for the location, but they wanted to tear it down and put up residential units. I was looking to revive the space, but the building codes to do that are very complicated and costly. Fortunately, with the help of Melton Construction and the City of Boulder we were able to make it work.”

Now that the remodel is almost complete, and Front Range Anglers is moving in right after, it’s time to have some fun! So stop by Front Range Anglers Tuesday, December 7th between 4:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. for a Melton Construction Friends & Family Event, and enjoy food, drinks, and cake. It’s also a great time to do some holiday shopping, see some of Melton’s handiwork, and welcome Front Range Anglers into their new neighborhood.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Maintenance Tip: Turn Off Water to Outside Spigots

Shut off the water supply valve to your outside spigots, but leave the spigot itself open, so that if a little water leaks from the water supply valve, it will be able to drain instead of freezing in the pipe. Disconnect your garden hoses and store them in your garage or shed for the winter.
