Melton Design Build is seeking a Lead Carpenter to join our growing team.
The Lead Carpenter is an essential part of our growing production team. This dynamic individual is a supervisor and craftsman with extensive skill and experience managing job sites with multiple employees and trade contractors. This individual serves as the primary daily contact for our customers, and is responsible for ensuring Melton’s high level of standards are consistently met, by the entire site team, while delivering exceptional work and customer service. Managing and/or performing all carpentry labor and construction on the job site is a daily responsibility. This person will also maintain a job-specific binder to ensure that schedules and budgeting targets are met while pro-actively communicating with the rest of the Melton team (especially the Project Manager) and client.
