The Service Manager is the leader of our Home Care & Repair team. This talented individual is responsible for directing and coordinating all service and warranty activities to maximize efficiency, profitability, and departmental/ team development. The goal of the service team to achieve successful projects, ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, focus on keeping “clients for life,” and support sales and marketing efforts. The service manager will also meet with repeat and prospective clients about small projects and create estimates/ proposals, in addition to scheduling warranty work. This individual should enjoy working in a hands-on team environment, can take the initiative, be a good team player, be comfortable interacting with clients, enjoys seeing projects through to the finish line, and has a high level of integrity and desire to succeed.
