Our Highly Skilled Production Staff



Our staff is selected not only for their high level of technical skill , but also for their people and communication skills. Before hiring, all staff members have a thorough background check.

On average, our key production staff, including key field personnel have 18 years of industry experience. Together, our staff boasts more than 400 years of experience, which has contributed to our respected and acknowledged leadership in so many facets of our industry.

Melton completes most its work using staff members. This allows us to have superior quality and scheduling control.

 

 

 

Specialty Trades

 

While we use our staff for a greater percentage of our projects than most remodelers, it is sometimes necessary to use a specialty trade professionals. We hand-select the ones we use and have worked with most for many years. We take the time to make sure they know what we expect from them and often have a staff member at the site whenever one of these specialty trades is working. All our specialty trade partners are required to carry the appropriate licenses, workers compensation insurance and general liability insurance for their trade.
