Melton’s Design Build Team
Melton Design Build offers in-house design which means you can work with Melton from conception to completion of your project. We believe a project is only as good as the design from which it’s built.
Sometimes homeowners are under the impression they don’t need design. However, there’s more to the design process than you might think including permitting; detailed design drawings to obtain permits and to be used by carpenters to build the project; and product selections such as cabinetry, faucets and more. Design is an important part of the process for nearly every remodeling project.
Using the design build process with our architect led design build team since 2003, our process allows you to have the most control over your home remodeling project. You and the Melton team work together to develop and design your project all while keeping your budget, needs and wants in mind. We’ve found that this process makes clients happy in the end.
Through client satisfaction surveys, we discovered clients have a difficult time visualizing during the design process what their project will look like in the end. To alleviate this problem, Melton built a design center filled with products samples including cabinetry, flooring, fixtures and more. Our design team also provides high-quality plans and renderings.
