Melton is looking for a talented person to join our team as a Service Coordinator. This role is an essential part of our Home Care & Repair team. The individual in this role is responsible for supporting the Service Manager and Service Tech to achieve successful projects and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. They will meet with repeat clients about small projects and create estimates/ proposals, in addition to scheduling warranty work. This individual should enjoy working in a hands-on team environment, must be comfortable interacting with clients, and enjoy seeing projects through to the finish line.
